RoboRIO 2 Brownout

Our RoboRIO 2 has a red power led. The unit turns on normally. After about 1 second the power led turns red and there is no voltage on the 5v rail. Metal shavings were found inside and removed, but the error persists.

This is Oscar from NI, thanks for using the FRC support forums. I expect to see the red LED in the device after cleaning it if one of the components got damaged because of the short circuit.

Please ensure there is no other debris in the ports (both inside the port and on the connection to the board), and that all surfaces have been cleaned with compressed air.
