We powered on our robot today after a battery change (prior to which the robot was behaving normally) and could not establish communications from the driver station. We also noticed the RSL was not on, which led us to check the Rio status lights. We saw that the status light was blinking continuously. From there we investigated and found the troubleshooting guide as well as the advice to use compressed air to clean the SD card port. We followed the troubleshooting guide and also verified that the SD card itself did not get corrupted by testing it in a Rio on another robot. Once we identified that the SD card itself wasn't the issue we focused on cleaning out the SD card slot as well as all the other ports on the Rio to ensure there were no shorts. Even after all of the that the Rio continues to show a blinking status light.
What steps can we take from here to get this Rio RMA'ed and get a replacement? Thanks!
