RoboRio 2.0 failed at competition CSA said we need a new one

I am posting for rookie team 9251. They were at their last competition and the RoboRio died . This was confirmed by the CSA and a spare RoboRio installed with code and robot worked again. We took the Rio from them t try and reflash to see if we can get it working but the SD card was corrupted. Installed a known good SD card but could not Rio to work. What should we try?

When you install the known good SD card, what behavior are you seeing?  Are there any LEDs?  Does it power on?

Have you tried steps beyond changing the SD card so we know what to try if you haven't already?
