I have a recently purchased RoboRio 2.0 for use with our FIRST Robotics Team. After imaging the SD card and powering up the RoboRio, the amber light continually flashes and we are unable to "find" the RoboRio using the RoboRio Imaging tool to complete setup. We tried swapping out the SD card from a RoboRio 2.0 that we know works, but the amber light keeps flashing. We are wondering if the SD card reader is bad in the RoboRio and what to do about it. Since the RoboRio 2.0 has been recently purchased, it has never operated normally. Please advise on what I should do.
Thanks,

Hi,
My name is Esteban from NI,
Here are two steps you could try regarding this specific issue you are having:
- Image a fresh SD card using either BalenaEtcher or the Raspberry Pi imager as described here: https://docs.wpilib.org/en/stable/docs/zero-to-robot/step-3/roborio2-imaging.html
- Open the device using the four screws on the back and the two screws at the port and clean the unit off using compressed air. (Maybe also use a flashlight to inspect the board closely for any remaining metal shards and remove them as well.)

Thank you. Not sure why, but that seemed to work.
