RoboRio 2 Will not seat SD Cards

Our new RoboRio 2 will no longer hold SD cards.  We have tried multiple cards, tried to reorient the Rio vertically as shown in the Chief Delphi videos force the card to lock in.  We have used tape to hold the card in place and it got us through Globals, but failed at our first offseason event and will not lock back in place.
