RoboRio 2 unrecoverable error

Our RoboRio 2 got stuck in an unrecoverable error state randomly at our last competition.  We tried reformatting 3 sd cards, and putting it in safe mode but neither would work.  We had several CSA’s help us at the event as well as followed through these threads once we got back, and nothing is helping so far.  Any help would be great!

Also, with the device open (removing the screws on the back and the two screws at the port, this will not void the warranty):

1. Turn the roboRIO upside down and shake it vigorously.
2. Vacuuming out the ports on the roboRIO.
3. Check with a flashlight for material making contact in the port pinouts.

The LED is constantly flashing.  I tried removing the back and vacuuming, shaking it, and checked it for any materials touching any of the pins and it still is not working.
