We have a v1 RoboRio with with a constant red power light and the 5v rail shorted. So far we have disassembled the case and cleaned the board with air and vacuum. When measured at the pin header, 5v is shorted to ground. After removing the 5v/3v selection jumper, the short is no longer measured at the pin headers and when 3v is selected, we read 3v at the pin headers. It appears the short is upstream from the selector jumper.
