RoboRio will not take code and can not image the RoboRIO, PN: 155213F-OIL sn: 31C254E

The RoboRIO that we used in 2023 competition  RoboRIO, PN: 155213F-OIL sn: 31C254E is not working. Can not download code. Tried to image the RoboRIO but did not image. Reset RoboRIO still same result. 

Advise 

I called NI and they sent me back to First forum. 

Can I get a RMA number to return this unit?

RoboRio will not image. We reset the roboRIO still will not format. Using current software tools FRC_roboRIO_2024.v2.zip image. Ran as administrator etc. We formatted other RoboRIOs okay.   RoboRIO did not image / format

Yes followed all the steps in the imaging tool..

Could you confirm if you make this steps, FRC roboRIO STATUS LED Constantly Flashing - NI, with several USBs and with a powered USB hub?

Also, are you using a roboRIO 1.0 or roboRIO 2.0?
