As a follow up - we also put in an online service request for one of these Roborio 1.0s - service request 02820944

A follow up to the follow up above - the service request resulted in a $350 quote to be paid upfront - that does not seem correct for NI support under FRC?

Hopefully someone will respond here

Hi JimB1731,

I'm Matthew with NI.

You are right that the ask to pay up-font is incorrect. They should have pointed you to posting here on the forums where we have FIRST specific support available.

I've sent you a private message on next steps.

Thanks - and its all good.

I know the FRC requests for support are via this forum, so going direct to NI support wasn't me following process
