Roborio 2 unrecoverable error

A week ago our RoboRio2 started showing the unrecoverable error code on the status light. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips that I found online and none worked. Some of the tips I found were reformatting the SD card, getting a new image, and getting a new SD card. None have worked. We have two rio 1's that we used at the comp this past weekend but we are hoping to get the rio 2 working for our upcoming comp. Please help.

It sounds like you've already tried using a new SD card and imaging it per the instructions here using either BalenaEtcher or Raspbery Pi Imager: https://docs.wpilib.org/en/stable/docs/zero-to-robot/step-3/roborio2-imaging.html ?

Which imager did you use? Can you try the other one?
