Roborio 6V Short

Hello, I have a RoboRio with a short on 6V.  Disassembly and inspection did not turn up anything obvious for the cause.  Can someone please help with troubleshooting or a hardware RMA?  Thanks much.

Hello Team1339.

A short is almost always caused by a metal shaving getting between pins or inside the case. Did/would you try cleaning it with a can of compressed air to try to knock anything loose?

Yes, we did try that. Not having schematics, it's somewhat difficult though to focus on target areas for the 6V circuit.

The "relay" pins are the ones that use 6V, so I would suggest blasting the whole thing, and focusing there.

Unless something changed, the relay ports use 5v. PWM center pin is 6 v, so that's where I'd concentrate.
