We had intermittent connection issues, then at our regional the roborio failed to connect through the ethernet port. We had Mark McLeod (regional troubleshooter and knower of everything) look at our roborio. He could not connect through the ethernet but was able to connect through the USB port.

I believe you may be selling Mark short by claiming he only knows everything. I'm pretty sure he knows more than even that 😃
I sent you a message. I'm a curious person by nature. Do you see any LED activity on the Ethernet port?
Also, sorry for the slow response. I was at an event over the weekend making it a bit harder to get to these on my typical daily basis.
