USB Port died, No physical damage

Hi Everyone,

We have a fairly new robo rio who after a couple months of use no longer has a functioning USB-b port. the port shows no physical damage, but the rio does not show up in device manager, or show up on the NI Rio tool. We have validated the laptop and cord with other rio's. we have also validated that we can talk to the rio through Ethernet.

Any recommendations for next steps?

We do not have a scope, as that would be a good debugging tool.
