roboRIO 1's CAN connector is broken

Hi NI, 

My FRC team has a roboRIO v1 where one of the CAN connectors is totally broken and doesn't hold a wire or ferrule. (Photo below.)

Can NI fix this for us? Or do we need to replace the RIO altogether? This is one of only two working RIOs we have.
