roboRIO 2.0 SD card retention problem

The retention mechanism in the SD card holder of our roboRIO 2.0 (P/N 133340B-01L, S/N 32D20EB) recently failed, such that the SD card is no longer held firmly in place. The card will fall out if the roboRIO is flipped upside down. We tried a couple of different cards (different brands) to see if there was variation but there was not.

We are not sure exactly when it happened. This roboRIO has experienced normal FRC usage in competition robots but nothing unusual. We only have two RIO 2.0's and need this back in service soon.

If NI is monitoring this forum, we are requesting an RMA number for return of this roboRIO 2.0 for service.
