roboRio 2.0: Constant Blinking Status Light

We tried turning on our roboRio 2.0 so we could connect it to our laptop, but its status light was blinking red continuously. When we looked on the website it said that that meant that we need to contact NI because of an unrecoverable error. What should we do to fix this?

Generally, the first image of the SD Card will want to be done with one of the third-party SD Card writing utilities.  Let me know if this works for you.
