Fix VISA & other I/O Ctrls

When change a VISA ctrl to indicator, it's background color doesn't change automatically.  So you would have an indicator with control background color.  Like the instrument handle out on the niDMM Initialize FP.

Other ctrls on the I/O pallet have the same problem.  Checked on LabVIEW 2018 and 2021.

It's an easy fix.  I created a short video to show how.  The video is attached.  A set of fixed I/O ctrls (in silver background color) also attached.
