How can I communicate with oscilloscope using the parallel to USB port? (the printer port)

I am currently programing an osciloscope TDS3032C using the parallel printer port. I am using a parallel to DB25 USB cable to communicate with computer. However, the MAX cannot identify the device.

what has your question to do with this "UI Interest Group"? Please use the standard LabVIEW forum for such questions!
