My project on developing tool so give me idea about GUI PROGRAMMING.i have no clear cut idea about where to start.Is there to develop GUI special tool like in MATLAB or not?give me basic steps.

LabVIEW has Block Diagram where logic runs and Front panel which is the GUI for the user to interact.
