Can I use USRP 2922 to receive two signals without any transmitting?

Hi everyone.

I would like to use USRP 2922 to measure the envelopes of two different signals with 2.4 GHz carrier, using Rx1 and Rx2 port. 

Two 2.4 GHz signals are generated from independent two signal generator equipment, so there's no need to use Tx port in USRP, i.e., I'd like to use the Tx1/Rx1 port as an Rx1, using Rx2 port simultaneously.

 - Is this measurement possible with single USRP-2922 device?

 - If so, I can't find any appropriate example code in my computer. Can you guys tell me if there's proper example code I can modify for my measurement setup.

Hi,

unfortunately, that is not possible.

As you can see on the schematic of the RF front-end there is highlighted switch between Tx/Rx and Rx2 ports.

MIMO capable - requires two or more USRP 2922 devices as the motherboard has one daughterboard slot (1 RX + 1 TX connectors).
