NI USRP 2954R

so I am using USRP 2954R, and when I executed my MATLAB script, the Tx led doesn't blink, however, the RX led blinks. The script includes transmitting as well as receiving. so, ideally Tx led should blink as well, but it does not. I dont know why.

Just for your reference, the error  I received in some of the scripts is attached as screenshot. Kindly give a response.
