I am attempting to build a setup to operate USRP x410 radios. The recommended cards (see below) do not seem available anymore and NVIDIA has in fact removed them from the web.
Recommended 100 Gigabit Ethernet Cards
The replacements seem to be ConnectX-6 Lx 25/50G NIC (with QSFP28 ports but only supporting up to 50gb/s) or ConnectX-6 Dx 25/50/100/200G NIC with QSFP56 ports.
Is there a new recommended card? Would the QSFP56 card from NVIDIA be compatible? In that case what would be the recommended adapter cable/layout?
Thanks

Hi,
the Nvidia ConnectX-6 Dx with QSFP56 ports should work as alternative to the older ConnectX-5 EX cards, since QSFP56 is designed to be electrically backward compatible to QSFP28 and both use mechanically the same connector (so also https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Small_Form-factor_Pluggable). The core advantage of QSFP56 is that it supports higher maximum line speeds.
