One-shoot Tx1-Rx2 on RF 0

I am currently in the process of familiarizing myself with the NI-USRP 2901 and require guidance on configuring a one-shoot transmission and reception setup. Specifically, I would like to know how to implement a tx1-rx2 configuration on RF 0. Could you provide instructions on how to achieve this? Additionally, I would appreciate clarification on whether this setup requires separate front panels and block diagrams or if it can be accomplished within a single VI?. Your expertise and assistance in this matter would be greately appreciated, especially given my self-directed learning approach. Thank you.
