Problems with decrease in latency and throughput due to increase in Sub.vi

Recently, a number of USRPs have been used to test a testbed, but we have confirmed that the processing rate decreases and the delay time increase due to frequent calls of Sub. vi.

I am wondering if there is a solution to this.
