Test - Broken VI Extended - Exclude FPGA VIs

This test returns a failure from broken VIs, allow to exclude strict FPGA VIs.

Due to lack of a FPGA context, running the standard Broken VI test, causes FPGA VIs to fail.

So, this could be useful to run against a large code base.

This test is saved in LabVIEW 2017SP1. Follow the instructions here to install and use this test.
