The VI Analyzer Toolkit tests are meant to be used on VIs that might run on any target to check for performance and style issues, along with other potential problems in your code.

The LabVIEW Real-Time Module version 2014 and later ships with a set of RT Analysis tests, specifically to check for RT-specific issues in your code. You can see these in the "Real-Time Module" category in the VI Analyzer tests list:
