How to handle interrupts with Labview ?

I have set IRQ1 on vme bus and I am trying to handle this interrupt with Labview but It doesn`t work.
I have download example from www.ni.com VXI_VME_Interrupt_event_handler.
Are intterrupts enabled by default ?
