What are the conditions that will cause the VME-MXI-2 to assert ACFAIL* low?

In my application I have the VME-MXI-2 card setup as a non-slot zero device.  I am trying to write data to its base address +1k from our in house system controller (slot zero device).  While monitoring the status lines, I see the ACFAIL* line asserted low during the transaction.

Can you provide me with the signals/lines the VME-MXI-2 card is monitoring that would cause the ACFAIL* signal to assert low?  I did disable the VUCR register (x18 to FFC0) so that the signal is not being produced/propagated from the MXI side of the bus.

Hi Joe,

The VME-MXI-2 manual has more information on the ACFAIL* signal.  More specifically, chapter 4 and the VISTR section. 

Do you see this signal asserting at any other times, or is it just in this situation?
