307525 error after f2 Patch

I have installed the latest version of veristand and downloaded + installed the 2012 f2 patch for veristand 2012.  after I do this I am able to open a VI that has already been used on another laptop (using the same programs).  once the computer is restarted, it no longer allows me to open the project giving me the 307525 error code.

Any ideas/help is appreciated.
