Hello all,
I am wondering if anyone has any experince implementing ASAP3 with VeriStand. I have no idea where to start.
I use VeriStand, and I use ATI as my calibration tool. I want to control ATI via ASAP3 using VeriStand. Is there anything that is readily available? If not, how would I even start going about developing it?
Thanks.

Hello,
We don't currently have anything off the shelf for NI VeriStand to make ASAP3 connections. However, you do have a few options:

If you are going to write your own custom device, there is a developer guide to help you get started (warning: it's long):

An ASAP3 driver for the ETAS INCA was written in LabVIEW several years ago and is available to the public on the NI Forums. It has been used extensively and updated by the user community.
NI VeriStand can support communication with ATI Vision and ETAS INCA through a modification to our ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit. The work for this with regard to ETAS INCA has been completed by our Alliance Partners, KGC in Japan and Wineman Technology in the US, so you may contact them directly for this feature. You may also contact NI through your local Sales office and they can put you in touch with our Automotive Networks or Real-Time Test contacts for a more detailed discussion.
