Error 2 while generate a LV model

Hello,

when I try to generate a model for Linux x64 target I received this error:

Error 2 occurred at System Exec.vi. Possible reason(s):

LabVIEW: (Hex 0x2) Memory is full.
=========================
No Listeners on the GPIB.

Error occurred. No DLL produced.

The model that I'm trying to create is a simply while loop with a control and an indicator.
