Error -383200 When Running .vsmodel in Windows x64 Using Model Interface Toolkit

I have create .vsmodel file from simulink with VeriStand Model Generation Support 1.2.1

 The model compiles fine.

But I get an error -383200  when I run the Model Interface Toolkit on windows x64 in LabVIEW 2021SP1 x64 (Intel CPU).

If I compile the same model for Linux

and load it on my PXI (NI Linux Real-Time x64 5.15.55-rt48, Linux RT System Image 2022 Q4, programming enviroment 2021, model interface toolkit 21.3.0) everything works.

I tested my .vsmodel file in Veristand 2021R3 (Controller: windows x64) - it`s OK.

Why do I get an error -383200 when using Model Interface Toolkit?

My best guess is that the LabVIEW Model Interface Toolkit does not support vsmodel.

There has not been any release of this toolkit after 2021.

Besides, according to VeriStand Model Generation Support and MathWorks Simulink® Compatibility, the addon version 1.2.1 does not support VeriStand 2021.
