Log entire CAN bus in VeriStand

Hello,

I am currently performing HIL testing on a PXIe-8880 controller equipped with 3 PXI-8512 CAN card. I am looking for a solution to log and queue the entire CAN bus as well as display the current data of the CAN message based on user input in J1939 format(Priority,PGN,SA).

I have tried raw frame data logging and selected Log entire bus traffic but I was unable to view the log file in the destination folder.

Do I require to build a custom device for the same or is there any other method to log the entire bus traffic and queue the messages in VeriStand environment?

How did you read the logged TDMS file? The XNET TDMS file can only be opened and parsed in a specific way. See Embedded Network Data in TDMS for more details.

You can refer to the shipping examples under Logging to read the frames or converted signals with database.
