Problem to convert Simulink model to VeriStand

Hello, I want to convert a simulink file for use with VeriStand. Here are the problems I encounter:

1 - In Matlab when I put the following command: --- addpath ('X: \VeriStand'); NIVeriStandAddPaths; --- i have an error, the NIVeriStandServer  function does not exist. Also the command: NIVeriStandAddPaths ('start', 6012), does not work (too many arguments), the command NIVeriStandAddPaths works up to the line 86 (error with the command NIVeriStandServer)

2 - In Simulink when I made the steps to convert a .mdl model to VeriStand (http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/372846B-01/veristand/convert_model_to_dll/) I have this Error : Real-Time Workshop builds with Microsoft Visual C on 64bit windows require Thats the compile Be installed. At Least One of These environment variables IS Expected to Be Set:VS90COMNTOOLS, VS80COMNTOOLS, VS90COMNTOOLS. Do you know where I can find these compilers.

3 - In VeriStand when I made: Add simulation model. I have this error message: NI VeriStand: Unable to connect to NI VeriStandServer.

Thank you

Joel

Joel,

We discovered over the phone that this issue was cause by incompatibilities of Simulation Interface Toolkitwith and 64 bit versions of MATLAB® by MathWorks, Inc. This is documented in this KnowledgeBase article regarding the LabVIEW 2010 Simulation Interface Toolkit readme.

Hey Joel,

Do you have The MathWorks, Inc. Matlab® and Simulink® software installed on this PC, or just your .mdl? If not you can follow this help.

Here is another link that should be of assistance as well: Communicating with the NI Veristand Server.

Please let me know if either of these helped.

Thanks,
