Hi, I don't have a CAR or Service Request number, but the problem is very similar to 206055: "When loading a model built using Simulink 2009a and compiled as a DLL into System Explorer, initial values for parameters are bad." In fact, what happened to me was that the initial value of each parameter (i.e. a constant) was not set to the value I gave in the MDL. I needed to give the right value from the workspace. If I compile the MDL with a previous release of Matlab all was ok. Thanks.

The issue you are referring was reported by NI Italy as CAR 206055 and is being investigated by National Instruments R7D. The VeriStand 2009 f1 patch does not address that issue, sorry.
