I have a simple Simulink model that builds with C, but fails when I select C++. I have VeriStand 2012 and Matlab 2012b. I am using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008. The C++ build errors start with a syntax error and after 100 syntax errors, the build aborts. The first error is:
c:\dina\labview\veristand checkout\simulinksinemodel\sinewave10sec_niveristand_rtw\model_info.h(30) : error C2061: syntax error : identifier 'uint_T'

Hello Dina,
We've been able to reproduce this behavior in-house. The issue is documented under Corrective Action Request #423552. Please pardon the inconvenience.
Is using the C interface a workaround for you while this issue is investigated?

We can use C while the issue is being resolved. Is there a way to look at corrective actions and request notification when issues are resolved?

Hey Dina,
Typically when we have a product release a list of fixed bugs will be included. You can check the documentation for each VeriStand release or update. We'll also have a list of known issues for each product.
The download page for the 2012 f2 patch for VeriStand includes the fixed bugs.
