Test bench have been upgraded LV and VS from 2011 to 2014.
When I tried to run the system configuration tool.exe (system definition API file), I am facing loading error.
1. We have 2014 Full development Version. ( Before 2011 )
2. LV model built in 2011
3. Error (see the image)
Its working gud in other in 2011 version's of LV and VS in other bench. But why not after upgrading. Can anyone help me with this.

Since you have a separate issue it would be best to post this on a new thread. It would be good to include the VI you built your model from if possible. If not can you try opening the VI in LabVIEW 2014 and building it into a model in 2014? Also, please include the target you are trying to deploy to.

when I tried to open the VI's or(diplay templates in LV 2014 version) I am getting load error. Please see the screen shot.
Looks like issues is with the dependencies.

You should be able to close that dialog box and continue working with your VIs. That dialog box is just telling you that the VIs are loading from a different path then expected. This is most likely due to the fact that you opened the code in a different version of the development environment. It should still be fine to work with the VIs in these new directories.

It seems, that you are not talking about LabVIEW models, but about custom workspace controls.
It is different thing. You should get the original LV project for it and start from there. Opening it from Display Templates folder will not probably work.
