If you have LabVIEW 2024, you can down-convert them yourself by opening them, then (on the Files menu) choosing "Save for Previous Version". If you don't have LabVIEW 2024 (or 2025), then go back to where you obtained these files and ask them to down-convert them for you. Or you can simply go to the Version Conversion board on this Forum (when you open the LabVIEW Forum, look at the list of Forums on the left side of the screen -- Version Conversion is about 10 entries below LabVIEW) and ask.
