Please convert this Vi from 4.0 to 23.3f0

Good evening everyone. 
Could someone help me to convert this Vi from version 4.0 to 23.0 or 23.3f0? 
I'm attaching the Vi and the error that LabVIEW displays.

Hi,

 

Compiled the VI in LV 8.0 You can read it with any higher version.

Lot of sub vi's missing (ISCO)

I'm not experienced using LabVIEW; I don't have any other.Vi files in the folder where I got the .Vi file, just some extra .LLB files. Do they need to be converted too?

LLB files are an old LabVIEW specific zip-like file. It will contain VIs. Yes, these will also need converted.

I saved everything in LabVIEW 2020 and even created a project for you.
