Our organization just purchased a new VirtualBench VB-8034 and it will not connect to the software. I have tried launching it from the instrument, as well as downloading and installing the application. I have tried disabling the AV software, as well as launching the VirtualBench as an administrator. I have also manually reset the instrument on several occasions. The IPad will not connect to it either, with the same symptoms. However, the instrument appears in the software both on USB, and over Ethernet. Loading device pops up briefly when you click Use this Device, then bonces back to the select a device screen. The result has been the same on 3 different computers. Any ideas on how to get this to work?
