Unfortunately, I haven't found anything through my searches here in the forum.
We have the Volume License Manager running on our server. It was installed by our IT department, and I then set up the manager using our license file.
To manage the license independently of me, we have granted access to the program to two other colleagues.
However, when they start the manager, the setup assistant appears as if the manager is being set up for the first time.
Did something go wrong with the installation by IT? There isn't an option to select who the program is installed for.
