I recently upgraded to VLM 3.1.1 based on a security concern.
And now my license server is acting up.
Often, when I go in to make a change to administer users/computers after making the changes I go to click the "apply changes" button, and the cursor goes into "wait" mode, and then after a while I get an error message saying "An error occurred while attempting to apply pending changes" and the vlm shows offline. Trying to start it gives an error message "An error occurred while attempting to start the volume license server".
If I reboot the server things go back to working. The next time I go to make changes, I will sometimes repeat this process, and other times it will accept the changes just fine. I never saw this problem before my recent upgrade to 3.1.1.4
any thoughts/suggestions?
