NI Dev Days - CLAD Results & Follow-up Info

Hello Everyone!

I want to start off by thanking you for helping to make our first Pittsburgh Developer Days (at least since I've been here) a tremendously successful one.

This year's attendance peaked at 100 developers, exceeding our initial goals by 100%. Among the 100 or so in attendance, were over 40 that took the CLAD exam.

There are a few highlights I'd like to draw to your attention:

1. Session Materials (http://www.ni.com/niweek/conference.htm)
All sessions have now been posted on our community web-page (http://www.ni.com/wpa). I encourage you, if you haven't already, to join our local area user group. It is a place for idea and information sharing, example code, slide presentations, Q/A, and other NI and community related fun.

2. CLAD Exam (results coming soon via email)
Your CLAD exams are in the process of being graded. We expect to have them completed by next week or the following at the latest. You will be notified of the result by email. Those who have passed will receive their certification and other certification paraphernalia via email. Those who have not passed will receive tips for re-taking the exam.

3. Open Offer (use me as a resource)
I want to remind you of my availability to personally visit you at your office to discuss LabVIEW programming techniques, applications, hardware, software, and all things NI-related. Please consider me a resource during any stage of your projects. Some of the best value I can provide offer is not just before the sale as a product expert, but as an ongoing technical resource to answer questions and help by either providing personal support, or by pointing you in the direction of top-notch individuals at our corporate office in Austin who can help.

4. NI Week (http://www.niweek.com)
For those of you who enjoyed the Dev Days technical sessions, please bear in mind that our annual conference in Austin Texas NI Week is fast approaching. Aside from the warm and sunny weather, there are a myriad of reasons why you may want to attend:

Obtain Additional NI Certification (http://www.ni.com/niweek/training.htm)
- Take any NI certification exam

Get Trained on Additional NI Tools (http://www.ni.com/niweek/training.htm)
- Attend a 2 day training course on LabVIEW, Object Oriented Programming, FPGA, or RF development

Participate in your choice of over 100 technical sessions (http://www.ni.com/pdf/niweek/us/2009/prelim.pdf)
- From hands-on to forward looking, there are over 100 technical sessions to keep you busy with all the latest technologies and techniques.

Please don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you have questions, comments, or would like to schedule a meeting.

Thank you again for your attendance, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best,

Evan
