Could not login to NI myRIO

Greetings !

I am getting error as 'Could not login to NI myRIO-1900'. Attached the screenshot of the same. Could you please suggest a possible solutions for this error.

Is it a brand new myRIO? The default login is 'admin' with a blank (empty) password. If that doesn't work, you might need to get in touch with NI Support for some instructions on how to reset it.

Have you tried rebooting it (power cycling)?
