MyRIO undefined error or Error 8000

Hey guys,

I´m getting started with the myRIO-1900 and try to connect it with my car via X-CAN or OBD-II to collect and record data from my car.

I've installed Labview 2014, X-CAN, realtime module in my computer without any problem. And I have tested successfully the myRIO project under "Template Projects" which is the xyz motion thing and it worked.

However, when I connect myRIO-1900 with my car using OBD-II connector, powered by a car adapter, and launch "X-CAN for myRIO" under "sample project", there is a problem. When I click run, the error message pops out saying undefined error.

On the download page for X-CAN it mentions that if you have technical support questions  you can contact Stratom at info@stratom.com.

I would try to contact them for support especially because this is an undefined error in their software.
