ElvisMX No Supported Devices - Doesn't see myDAQ

I am having the same problem. I get a labview runtime error when I run the myDAQ troubleshooting utility.  None of the suggestions has worked for me.

What does the error message say specifically? Is there an error code or a specific run-time version associated with it? 

Also, what version of NI ELVISmx and labVIEW are you using?
