FPGA board not recognized by PC, doesn't install drivers

Very well....I did not know it was that involved.  Because our instructor loaded the entire class without a hitch, I took it for granted that it is a unique driver regardless of the all the variables you mentioned.  To the point; I have the following:

Operating System : Widows-7 Professional SP1 - 64 BIT

LAB VIEW : Educational Edition - Version : 12.0.0

Digital Board (FPGA - Board) : 193426B-01L - Rev C.0

I do wish to run it in Multisim Mode, So, it seems that I will need "FPGA - Module" as well as the "Driver".

Please advice the Software Versions and Rev. Level etc..etc...that I have to have, where to find them and the order of installation (Which Software, then which then when to connect to the P.C.), or a brief instructions.  I appreciate all the help I can get.

Hi,

If you want to program the DEFB from Multisim, you can download Xilinx ISE WebPACK 13.4.  This software is free and you can get if from here:

http://www.xilinx.com/support/download/index.htm

When you install this software, make sure you select the WebPACK edition during this installation otherwise it will install the professional version.
