Where can I find drivers for my NI FPGAs if I am using Multisim/Xilinx and NOT Labview? All the links I have found require Labview to be installed. However, the FPGA manual explicitely states that you can use Multisim/XIlinx ISE instead.

Only specific targets support this. Are you using a Spartan3e or Digital Electronics FPGA Board (Elvis II)? If so, which dev. environment are you looking to use?

I'm utilizing the DIgital Electronics boards - I inherited several dozen for a class I'm teaching. I was hoping to use a setup like that described here:

Since our classroom computers already have multisim 12.0 and Xilinx ISE installed.

Ok, I just tested it out. The LabVIEW 2013 DEFB Driver contains 2 seperate components, the driver and the FPGA Module support. If you run this installer, it won't check if you have LabVIEW FPGA installed unless you check the box for LabVIEW FPGA support.
I can change the text in the Installation Instructions to read "LabVIEW FPGA 2013 is required to install the LabVIEW FPGA Module Support installation component".

Thank you. These drivers did in fact work without Labview which allowed the fpga board to be recognized by Windows 7. Unfortunately, Multisim still doesn't detect that the device is plugged in.

Well, I don't know much about Multisim myself... I would start here I suppose? http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/F636F3D855DBA42B86257B810052E433
