oldvaxguy,
Thank you for posting on the NI-Forums We don't really have any examples in LabVIEW that solve Ohm's Law. There are several Data Acquisition examples that when used with a Data Acquisition device could be used to show the principles of Ohm's Law. If you are wanting to be able to simulate electronic circuits and be able to measure current/voltage/power of built circuits then we have another software package called Multisim that will allow the user to build custom circuits and test these circuits without actually having to build them. Depending on what Text-Book you are using for the class there might be examples made in Multisim for problems in the book. We have more information on Multisim at NI Multisim for Educators.
If you are interested in your students building up actual circuits and then being able to test them in software we do have what is called the NI-ELVIS which also integrates with NI Multisim. Here is the link for NI ELVIS II. Let me know if you are interested in any of the mentioned software or any other questions that I could answer for you.
