Myrio File system not showing up on a new MyRio

Unpacked a new MyRio-1900 and having troubles accessing the file system. I went to 172.22.11.2/files with a user ID that is password protected and has the permissions to perform file manipulations.  The file system doesn't seem to show up.

When I access 172.22.11.2 from a web browser I don't see the file system icon on the left to navigate the file system.

I'm not sure if I need to setup something to enable the file system or not to start using the onboard SSD.

Please help

Mrneubs,

Give this KB a try. The default user name of NI Linux RT devices is "admin" and the password is blank.

It seems there is something missing from the installation on my laptop. I connected this MyRio to another laptop we have for another MyRio and the file system showed up in the browser when I navigated to the MyRio IP address.

Any ideas what would cause this annomolie ?

Try to insert the MYRIO DVD and try to repair your installation. Open NIMAX go to Software and right click on it ---->select Change/Remove software

you will get a popup now select the MYRIO software and Click on Repair. See to the below image for details.

If this doesnt work you have to Uninstall the Software and install it again selecting all the needed parameters.

Kudos Welcome 🙂
